objects mark items in an image or point cloud, whereas a shape represents an object in a specific sensor and time frame here are some examples in a sequence task with one sensor, a maximum of one shape per frame can exist (for one object) in a sequence task with one 2d sensor and one 3d sensor, there can be a maximum of two shapes per frame per object in a single frame task with one 2d sensor and one 3d sensor, two shapes can exist per object one in 2d and one in 3d number the object order the number represents the order in which the object was created the latest at the top of the list the object name the object name will contain the class name and o bject id the object id each object has its unique id, displayed in parentheses next to the object name delete objects delete using shortcuts or the context menu for the objects you can delete objects from the current source or completely from the task open up the context menu with the right mouse button duplicate objects duplicate the object using shortcut cmd d it will paste an identical shape next to the copied object, including it's consistent properties copy object information copy an object's name and id to the clipboard through the context menu open the menu by hovering over an object and right click you can either copy the selected object or all objects in the list lock/unlock objects lock use to avoid edits to existing objects unlock use when you want to draw freely in the task you can lock/ unlock individual objects or all simul hide/show objects show use when you want to see the object hide use when you want to hide the object you can hide/ show individual objects or all simultaneously
