it is possible to set up multi factor authentication for users in your organization once enabled, users will be required to use an authentication app, e g google authenticator or authy, as an extra step of authentication when signing in to the kognic platform as of now, there is no support for enabling mfa directly in the platform, it has to be setup manually by kognic if your organization need mfa enabled, reach out to your contact at kognic and we will help you out once mfa has been enabled for your organization by kognic, users will need to set up mfa the next time they're signing in to the platform this is done the following way download an authentication app on your mobile device, e g google authenticator or authy, available on google play and app store scan the qr code that appears in the dialog window in the input field below, insert the six digit code provided in your authentication app after this, whenever the user is signing in, they will be asked to open their authenticator app and provide the six digit code for the kognic app in the same input field if you lose access to your verification codes you can contact kognic's support team
