a kognic employee, or quality manager, can write documents and send them to a team or individual annotators this means that if you see a document on the knowledge base page in campus, it has been specifically sent to you (or the team you're in) it is essential that you read the document, as it contains feedback and information intended for you how do i know that new documents are available? in the platform to indicate that a new document is available, a purple dot will appear on the campus icon in the left menu, along with a purple bubble displaying a number next to its name in the task view a push notification will appear in the top right corner to inform about the new document by clicking on the notification, the document will open in the task view
