the overview tab on a project gives production managers a quick read on the project's health, with deeper drill downs available from the metrics tab project health banner the project health banner sits at the top of the overview tab it surfaces six headline kpis, each with an 8 week trend graph productivity β rolling 7 day productivity vs the project's ap target shown alongside the four diagnostic ratios so a quick scan answers "are we on target, and if not, where to look first " time allocation β drawing tool time Γ· reported time ap/h β annotation points produced per reported hour, with the project's ap target available in the tooltip correction ratio β correction time Γ· annotate time qa overhead β (review + correction time) Γ· drawing tool time inputs delivered β inputs delivered in the most recent week, with the prior week as comparison this is a volume signal β read alongside productivity, not as a goal in itself each graph plots the weekly value over the last 8 weeks hovering a point shows the value for that week a coloured chevron next to the headline indicates whether the change vs the previous 7 days is good or bad for that metric the banner is intentionally a "quick scan" surface to see the underlying weekly tables, charts, and per user breakdowns, click open detailed metrics to switch to the metrics tab who sees the banner the banner is hidden for users who lack the team overview permission, and when time spent is hidden for the project for everyone else, it appears on every project's overview tab progress the progress section sits below the health banner it is a collapsible section showing how the project is tracking against its inputs, broken into a row of headline cards followed by an input progress chart project completion a percentage of inputs that have reached the delivery ready state, with a subtitle showing the absolute counts (x out of y inputs) client acceptance rate appears only when at least one input has gone through client qa the headline is the overall acceptance rate across the project, and the subtitle shows the rate over the last 30 days when no client qa has happened yet, or no acceptances have happened in the last 30 days, an explanatory message is shown instead general project progress a horizontal stacked bar covering every input across every request, broken down by phase not started β no work has begun on the input production β input is in annotation or correction client qa β input is being reviewed by the client delivery β input has been delivered the bar's total label shows the sum of inputs across every request in the project input progress a per request breakdown of where each request's inputs sit by phase two view modes across requests (default) β one row per request, with a stacked bar showing phase distribution across phases β pivot to one row per phase, showing how each phase is composed across requests two toggles control which phases are visible hide delivery ready β hides inputs that have reached the delivery ready state, useful for focusing on remaining work hide delivery β hides the delivery phase entirely requests with no inputs are excluded automatically requests the requests section sits below progress, also as a collapsible it lists the requests in the project with their core metadata and progress, and is the entry point into individual request management
