If we have detected that your computer does not support core WebGL features out of the box, you will be shown a pop-up dialog when entering a task. Once you have followed the instructions in the box (also described below), the dialog will disappear.

Follow these steps to configure Chrome

To prevent common WebGL errors for computers with unsupported GPUs and to improve rendering of images, videos and point clouds you will need to enable two specific Chrome flags. You set these flags by opening Chrome and navigating to the address chrome://flags.

  • Accelerated 2D canvas: Enabled
    • chrome://flags/#ignore-gpu-blacklist
  • Override software rendering list: Enabled
    • chrome://flags/#disable-accelerated-2d-canvas

After you have enabled these flags you will need to restart your browser.
