Sometimes errors occur that either block or disturb your work. Below you can find the steps we recommend you take when that happens and you haven't been given any other directions within the application.
Windows:
- Hold down βCtrlβ and press the reload button
- Or, hold down βCtrlβ and press F5
Mac:
- Hold down βShiftβ and press the reload button
- Or, hold down βCmdβ, βShiftβ and βRβ
- At the top right corner of Chrome, click More (three dots).
- Click More tools and then Clear browsing data.
- At the top, choose a time range. To delete everything, select All time.
- Next to Cookies and other site data and Cached images and files, check the boxes.
- Click Clear data.
You can also access the dialog directly via chrome://settings/clearBrowserData
Close and restart the browser.
You can find out by going to chrome://settings/help and seeing if an update is available.
