Assigned tasks can be expired for several reasons
- Automatic Expiration
- The standard expiration when a task wasn't updated for the duration defined as Expiry time
- Manually expired
- Task got expired by individual manual expiration in the Tasks table
- Manually expired with direct manual assigning to other team member
- Task got expired and re-assigned by individual manual action in the Tasks table
- Idle team member expiration
- The unstarted task got expired to be assigned to an idle team member who was out of tasks
- Team member removed from Team
- Team removed from request
- Task deleted
- Team member state changed
- Team member responsibility changed
- Team member responsibility was changed e.g. from Annotate to Review
- Team member was deactivated
- Unknown
- User was removed from Platform
- User account got locked or deleted
- Assignment queue was purged
