team report is the first tab of manage team report it gives you an overview of the working time reported by every person you have permission to manage over a period you choose it answers two questions at once how much time has each person reported? and is any of that time wrong because somebody forgot to stop their timer or left an interval to expire? the information on this page comes from stopwatch sessions it reflects the time people logged, not the tasks they completed use it when you need to check how much time your team reported over a period of time see how much of that time is marked non billable spot people whose reported time looks unusually high or low find uncorrected expired intervals and get to the sessions that need fixing export the figures for payroll, invoicing, or your own analysis note thereβs two other tabs user sessions for inspecting and editing one persons individual sessions and time by project for the same working time grouped by project rather than by person good to know you can only look back one month interval only time reported through the stopwatch appears here non billable can only be set manually and made on individual sessions, not something the system decides otherwise, all time will be counted as billable the page shows the people you have permission to manage what does the page filter mean? state β the work phase people had selected on their stopwatch while logging the time project β the projects you want to count choosing projects narrows the request list choosing a project also clears any requests you had already selected, so set project first and request second request β individual annotation work orders if you leave request unselected, the report covers every request in the projects you picked how do i focus on specific people? select a group of people by using filter by email to instantly update all page metrics, charts and tables what does the distribution chart show? the chart is titled distribution of average reported time split into segments it is a distribution, not a timeline each person is reduced to a single number their total reported time divided by the number of days in the period the chart then counts how many people fall into each band of that number the horizontal axis is average hours per day , from zero upwards the vertical axis is users β how many people fall into each band the dashed average line marks the average across everyone shown hover it to see the value segment length sets how wide each band is 15, 30, or 60 minutes one thing to keep in mind when reading it the divisor is the number of calendar days in your interval, weekends included what do the table columns mean? the table is titled reported time column what it shows name the person's name and email address people who have since been removed appear as removed user expired intervals the number of uncorrected intervals where the person forgot to stop their timer blank when there are none non billable hours time marked non billable, for this person, in this selection avg time per day their total reported time divided by the calendar days in the period β the same number the chart plots time reported their total reported time in the period what is an expired interval? when somebody starts the stopwatch and never stops it the session does not run forever, it expires after 12h the interval is left without a proper end time until somebody corrects it find everyone who has an expired interval thereβs an checkbox option to sort the table to show users with expired intervals and is the fastest way to bring the people with expired intervals how to correct them find the person in the table open the context menu at the end of their row choose view sessions you will be redirected to the user sessions tab with that person already selected find the expired session and use edit reported time to give it an accurate end time editing is limited to the current calendar month sessions from earlier months are read only unless you hold the right permissions change time to non billable billable status is set per session, not per person open a session row context menu and choose set session as non billable or set session as billable the team report will be updated to match
