In the active users table you can find all active users within the organizations you have workforce access to. In addition to just browsing the users, you can view and edit their given roles.

User roles

Roles unlock features of the Kognic platform. Different roles unlock different set of features. A user in the Kognic platform can be assigned one or multiple roles. If a user is assigned multiple roles the user will unlock all features that each individual Role has unlocked.

The roles are specific to the user's organisation. If you want to know what features that are available within a specific role - talk to your contact at Kognic.

Add or remove role

You can add and remove roles from a specific user via the dropdown menu next to a user. A user can be assigned one or multiple roles. The user will then unlock all features that each individual role has unlocked.

Delete a user's account

You can delete a user's platform account via the drop-down menu next to the user's row in the table.

When deleting the user account the user will be removed from the platform permanently. This means that they no longer can log in to the platform, any ongoing work will be terminated and any previously provided access will be revoked. Historical performance data will be saved to ensure accurate statistics, but everything else is deleted.
