Video bar updates (on Next)

an iteration of the videobar is currently available in the next environment the key changes are, the video bar mode (the drop down) has moved to the left hand side a new settings window can be accessed on the right hand side you can toggle if you want to see the frame number or timestamp in the videobar manually edit the frame or time in the settings window playback settings can also be found here instead of in the top bar menu the zoom functionality has been moved from the bottom of the video bar to the settings window
