Test: Filtered review rounds

5min

If you find yourself in a correction or review task with disabled objects and objects not displayed in the right-side menu, you are included in our review round test.

What we test

  1. How efficient can you be in a correction task if you only interact with objects commented on or pins indicating missing objects?
  2. How efficient can you be in a review task (round 2) if you only interact with objects you commented on during round 1 or new objects from the correction round?

How we test it

In a new phase

Examples: Review 1 (Round 1), Review 2 (Round 1) or Delivery (Round 1)

You will see all annotations without the option to edit the shape or properties, but you can leave feedback on existing objects or place pins.

You can also use the checkboxes to keep track of the objects you have reviewed.

In the correction task

Example: Review 1: Correction

You will see a filtered view, more specifically:

  1. Objects with feedback are considered active. You'll be able to interact with them as usual, and you're expected to correct them based on the error type or comment left by the reviewer.
  2. Objects without feedback (white boxes) are considered inactive. You can't interact with them, meaning you can ignore them as the reviewer approves their quality.
  3. Feedback pins can be available and should be handled as usual.
  4. If validation is available, this should also be handled as usual.

In the review rounds following round 1

Example: Review 1 (Round 2)

You will see a filtered view, more specifically:

  1. You will see active and inactive objects (read definitions above)
    1. Object shapes and properties are locked, but you can reply to feedback comments, or change the feedback status.
  2. You will be able to review new objects added during the correction task
    1. The shape and properties are locked, but you can add feedback to the object if you wish for corrections.
