Depending on the task and view, this menu tab will vary in items.

## Camera settings...

Change the speed at which the camera moves with this setting.

## Transformation control

Change the size of the transformation controls with this setting. Want to know what transformation controls are? Read about them under [Transformation controls](docId\:wNYknwUZUmLISdJ36t4k0).

## Geometry settings

Adjust how shapes and drawing helpers look, such as line size, point size, and fill opacity. Your settings are saved to your account.

The window shows one section per shape type in the task, plus Helpers 2D and, in tasks with 3D shapes, Helpers 3D. In the 3D view, 3D sections appear first; in the 2D view, only 2D sections are shown.

Each section has sliders for the settings that apply to that shape:

- **Line size:** thickness of the shape's outline.
- **Point size:** size of the shape's points and nodes.
- **Fill opacity:** how see-through the shape's filled area is. Lower it to see the image or point cloud underneath, for example through a Polygon, Cube, or Lane 3D surface.
- **Tolerance opacity** ([2D bounding boxes](docId\:TfjsznROmWyAZm4_SMR5C) ) and **Triangle size** ([Reference line](docId\:TfjsznROmWyAZm4_SMR5C)) adjust the extra markings on those shapes.

Helpers 2D and Helpers 3D change drawing aids rather than shapes; click the info icon next to the heading to see what each slider affects. In Helpers 3D, **Fill opacity** changes the shaded area between two linked lines, see [Show object link area](docId\:uqZMVCnqfx8NYUZfkIzex). It goes down to `0.1`; to hide the area, turn off **Show object link area** instead.

Click **Reset values** to return a section to its defaults.

## Point cloud color interval

When you're in the 3D view and have selected one of the Height color modes, you can adjust its interval (color range) in this window. If you select a low value, the color gradient will repeat more often, whereas if you choose a high value, the colors will repeat less often.

## Point cloud overlay

The point cloud overlay feature enables the visualization of the 3D point cloud projection into the 2D image. The color of the points can be according to **distance**, **intensity**, sensor **coloring** or **classification** depending on the selected option in the View menu. In the classification mode you can interact with the overlay. You can select the object by clicking on it and also get additional information by hovering over points.

You can adjust the following:

- **Point size: **Adjust the size of the points in the image.
- **Color interval: **This setting is only available when *Depth* is selected. Control the length spanned by the blue-to-red color pattern
- **Transparency: **This setting controls the level of transparency of the overlay.

## Point cloud aggregation

This setting will combine point clouds from multiple frames and add them to your current frame's point cloud. Use it to increase clarity while annotating stationary objects in the scene, as the aggregated points are visible from multiple angles.

You need to turn point cloud aggregation on in the [View](docId\:rcyT2xxqz1QDwykj8MMWu) before altering the following settings:

- **Spacing:** Determines how many frames should be between each point cloud used for the aggregation.
- **Number of frames: **Determines how many frames to combine in the aggregated view.

## Point size (point cloud)

Adjust the size of the points in the point cloud in this window.

- **Size attenuation **toggle: whether to use size attenuation or not in the perspective camera
- **Max size **slider: When size attenuation is enabled, this slider appears. It controls the maximum adaptive size of the points.
- **Point size **slider: controls the minimum point size with size attenuation and the pixel size of points in orthographic cameras (side cameras and birds-eye view).

## Point cloud slicing...

Opens the point cloud slicing window, where you slice the point cloud to a height range so you can focus on a horizontal layer of points. This item is disabled unless you are viewing the point cloud. Read more on the [Point slicing](docId\:gTV4dz53CZR-JKxl1l1LY) page.

## Prediction settings

Settings for prelabels and predictions.

- **Predictions **toggle: toggle predictions visibility
- **Probability threshold** slider: filter predictions by confidence level
- **Projections **toggle: toggle prelabel projections visibility
- **Prediction trails** toggle: toggle visibility of how a prelabel/ prediction moves throughout the sequence, given the current frame.

## Projection settings

Settings for 3D to 2D projections. If this item is disabled, it means projections are turned off. Go to the View menu to enable them.

- **Color transparency (2D)** slider: adjust projection color transparency.
- **Line size (2D) **slider: adjust projection line size.
- **Point size (2D)** slider: adjust projection point size.
- **Projection distance **slider: adjust how far away from the ego-vehicle we will project 3D shapes to 2D.
- **RoI range filter **checkbox: only project 3D shapes within the camera's configured region of interest. This checkbox is only shown in projects where each camera has its own range.

:::hint{type="info"}
When the **RoI range** filter is on, objects farther than the camera's configured range are excluded from the camera's image, and [Create connected 2D box](docId\:EKsn5oAWGfmjWi_cwZSV3) does not create a box in frames where the object is out of range. Turn it off to project everything and let the Projection distance slider decide instead.

## Calibration editor

:::hint{type="info"}
Note that at the moment, only camera calibrations are supported.
:::

The calibration editor lets you see the effect a change in the calibration has on the scene.
You can toggle between Kognic calibration orientations and OpenCV, and adjust different aspects of the calibration for each sensor.

You can save the calibration changes as an alternative calibration. **Saving the calibration doesn't replace the original calibration; exiting the calibration editor restores the scene to the original calibration.**

Only Workspace Developers and Annotation Managers can access this feature.
