The notification inbox collects all notifications relevant to you, including those for Platform actions and Task view actions.

Currently, the inbox only supports one notification type: Knowledge Base documents.

### Knowledge Base documents

When a document is shared with you, a push notification appears in the top right corner. Click on the notification to open the document in the Task view.

If you're not ready to read it, you can close the notification and return to it later by opening the inbox.
