The box classification tool is an alternative to the brush tools. It can be used to quickly classify objects that are easily encapsulated by a box, such as vehicles and pedestrians.

## Drawing process

Select a class

Draw a box using [Center mode](docId\:e7wp2MdiMgJfIhcVj1ma7)

Adjust the box to only fit points belonging to the object, you can be very rough in the placement

Press `enter` to apply the classification to the points within the box.

## Drawing with prelabels

While drawing the 3D box, if there are 3D box prelabels in the task, they will appear as you hover over the target object if there are any at the target location. Simply `shift+click` to create an identical box.
