Static object filtering

Objects that are considered static do not move throughout the sequence. Examples of such objects are parked vehicles, poles, pedestrians sitting down, or road signs. Using this feature will mark each frame as not visible where there are no points within the cuboid

If the static object feature is used on non-static objects (objects not in the exact location over the complete scene), the feature will give wrong results, leading to annotation errors.
This geometry shape is drawn using the 3D box tool. The tool is used to mark objects in the 3D view.
You can draw using the Side modeο»Ώ or Center modeο»Ώ.
- Make sure the object is stationary throughout the entire sequence. It is recommended to use the aggregate point cloud feature point cloud aggregation feature to check if it's stationary or not.
- Annotate the box using the side or center mode
- Press the button with a traffic light on it (see image below)
- Go through each frame in the sequence and set properties. Only adjust the position if any points belonging to the object are missed.
