An item/card in the feedback list will represent each written correction request or advice. The reviewer provided information about what to correct or keep in mind on each feedback card.

General information

Headline (error type)

The headline is named based on the error type selected by the reviewer.

The error type indicates what category of issue you have to address. They depend on the projects and are predefined, meaning the reviewer can choose from a set number of error types, and they will vary between tasks.

Object ID or pin number

We display the object ID or number to provide a general idea of what object or pin has been commented on.

Date

The date provides information about how recently the feedback was issued.

Comment

A description written freely by the reviewer to help clarify the feedback.

Click on the text to select and go to the targeted object or pin.

Source

Click on the text to go to the 2D or 3D source mentioned.

Time

If in a sequence task, you can read if the feedback targets one frame or the entire sequence. Click on the link to go to the specific frame mentioned or the first frame in the sequence.

Status (colored text)

A feedback item can have different statuses depending on your role and the task type.Β 

  • Unresolved:Β You have received feedback on what to iterate on in the task but have yet to act or comment.
  • Resolved:Β You have made changes based on the feedback provided via this item.Β 
  • Invalid:Β This item can not be resolved because it is either a mistake by the reviewer or poorly machine-generated feedback.
  • Pending:Β You have commented on a feedback item and are awaiting a response or have received a new response.
  • Read:Β You have read the advice given to you.
  • Unread:Β You have not read the advice given to you.
  • Not sent:Β The item has yet to be saved - if you'reΒ notΒ in a View task or offline, the status should automatically change after about 20 seconds.
