Idle Members
In this view, you can browse and manage the members of your team who are marked as idle or in retention.
Idle: unplanned breaks in work is idling. Planned, longer (>1 day) breaks in work that has been communicated to the BPO can be retention if agreed between the account team, PM & BPO.
Retention: A client/Kognic can choose to retain annotators (keep them allocated to the same project) even if there isnβt work for them to do at the moment. This helps ensure that the trained workforce remains available when work does become available and ensures that the client wonβt have to pay for onboarding again.
Training Request: Used to create training tasks, the user being set to idle/retention doesn't need to be a team member to the chosen request, it will not show as part of the team but only receive training tasks with the config and data from the request.
Adding members to this will move them to Idle or retention mode and you can also choose a request to be used to create training tasks, keep in mind that Training Request is optional and if you leave it unselected, the idle members will not receive training tasks to work on.
You can select one or a group of members from the table and edit their state, updating the idle mode and the used training request. You ca do that using both the batch action bar or the context menu option.

Similar to editing, you can select one or multiple team members and remove the idle mode, this will make production tasks available again to the user.
