Reload Chrome
Windows:
Hold Ctrl and press the reload button, or
Hold Ctrl and press F5
Mac:
Hold Ctrl and press the reload button, or
Hold Cmd Shift and R
Restart your browser
Try and restart the browser. 
Update Chrome 
You can go to chrome://settings/help to find out if an update is available.
Clear cache
Copy and paste chrome://settings/clearBrowserData into your browser.
You can choose the time range and what to delete in the dialog. When you are satisfied with your choices, click on Clear Data. 
Follow the platform's system requirements
You can see what they are in under System requirements﻿.
Report the error to Kognic
If the error still remains after testing the options above, report it via the Report Issue link.
