# Default request workflow

Ensure process consistency in your project by configuring a default [request workflow](docId:5WO8vmPiFWYst3v5LTfOs). You can set this up in the Projects settings under the General tab.

Once you've applied a default workflow to your project, all newly created requests will automatically use this workflow. There's one exception: when you create a request using the "Use as template" feature, the new request will inherit the original request's workflow instead.

### 🙋🏻 Must I have a default workflow for my project?

No, it's completely optional. This feature is designed for projects with an established workflow where you want to simplify process adherence for everyone involved.

### 🙋🏻 What if I want to create a request with a different workflow than what is configured as the default?

If you need to use a different workflow than the configured default, you'll need to remove the default workflow setting in Project Settings.

# Quality Configuration

Select which strategy should be used to calculate team and team member data quality inside the project. These quality metrics are currently only available in [Team Management](https://app.archbee.com/docs/a_Z2X5g73vsVY_af9aUDR/QX7MVeUYkyzUT49Pk73fM#2CnRY) and [Campus](https://app.archbee.com/docs/a_Z2X5g73vsVY_af9aUDR/raUWQVJy2kTSFquovHX9n#pD0Oz) views.

The configuration consists of two parts: which calculation strategy to use and which quality threshold is acceptable for the project.

## Strategy: Gross Feedback Objects

This strategy calculates quality based on the number of feedback items divided by the number of objects. If no strategy has been selected, this strategy is applied by default.

`Quality = 1 - (#feedback items / #objects)`

## Strategy: Faulty Objects

Quality is calculated by dividing the total number of objects by the number of objects that have attached feedback items.

`Quality = 1 - (#objects with feedback / #objects)`

## Strategy: Faulty Shapes

Quality is calculated by dividing the total number of shapes by the number of shapes that have attached feedback items.

`Quality = 1 - (#shapes with feedback / #shapes)`

For all of these strategies, the KPI does not include any feedback items that are set as invalid.
